Our two legal entities are up and running. Liquid is now a registered Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund (QOF) and Qualified Opportunity Zone Business (QOZB).
For the rest of this year, we’re working on our launch strategy. This will include marketing materials, management structure, bank accounts and more. We’ve already received initial deposits from several investors but by Q1, 2021 we’re expecting to be ready to start taking on significant investor capital.
