During 2022, an opportunity emerged to replicate the success of Club #1 by pooling capital in a similar way for the launch of a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange built atop the blockchain from Club #1.
Our first OZ Fund was closed in just 6 months. This decision was taken to maximize the performance for investors and provide a return of capital. Most rolled their gains into QOF II.
Liquid’s QOF II is currently deploying capital into carefully chosen opportunity zone tracts in Austin, TX. There are more than 20 opportunity zones across Austin. Our favorite include; East St Elmo, Montopolis, East Oltorf and Parker Lane.
